2. Licensed and Certified?	Thumbs Up! We are fully certified, licensed, and (most importantly) experienced. We also participate in continuing education to maintrain our cutting-edge knowledge.	Warning! Do NOT hire someone if they are not certified! Without certification, they have not proven that they have even the basic knowledge and skills to do the job.	Warning! If they haven't been properly trained and Certified, why would you want them to work on units that are cretical to your financial and physical health?
3. Response Time & Punctuality	Thumbs Up! We have quick and reliable service and repair. That's why we say, We're On Time Or WE PAY YOU!	Warning! Chances are they'll come when they can... Occasionally (or sometimes they'll miss an appointment time and hope you don't notice).	Caution! Many handyman services use their voicemail and return calls and show up at their convenience.
4. Communication	Thumbs Up! A real person answers our phones. We don't use voice mail during business hours. We leave a full report after each service so that you know exactly what we've done.	Warning! See for yourself: try to call their office at different times of the day. Odds are, you'll get voicemail or someone lacking the erxpertise you'll need.	Warning! Sometimes they simply don't have the expertise to be able to communicate what is causing - or what will fix - your problem.
5. Can they quickly affordably, reliably, and LEGALLY fix equipment?	Thumbs Up! Most repairs are completed in 24 hours or less. You won't find a better repair company in this area - period.	Caution! Our experience is that our competition says they do they right things... But often they simple don't follow throught. Keep a close eye on them.	Caution! If they don't carry the parts with them, that means delays and more delays!	Warning! You bet he's going to take the time to get parts.

We’re highly trained, professional and have the right combination of courtesy, excellence, and the ability to get things done in an efficient manner.	Warning! We've heard nightmare stories that we won't repeat... But suffice it to say that you need to be cautious about the people you have coming to your home or performing your repair.	Caution! If a Handyman service is reputable, they usually have some pretty sharp, carpable people that treat you right, It's just that they probably are not properly trained and certified to DO the heating, air conditioning, and plumbing!

9. Insurance	Thumbs Up! "Just in case" - our insurance protects your property and protects you in anything happens while we are on site.	Caution! Some "don't bother" with insurance. If they don't carry proper insurance, and damage your property or get hurt you foot the bill!	Warning! First, it's probably not even legal for them to perform any repair orinstallation on your unit. And that means their insurance - if they bother to carry any -is likely not going to have you covered properly.
10. Perform Safety Checks for emissions, carbon monoxide, and In-Home Air Quality?	Thumbs Up! We are one of the most trusted heating service and repair companies in Galway City and County - if not the entire nation. We're one of the few companies that use advanced technologies to ensure your unit and equipment is running properly.	Warning! Do they rely on their experience and sometimes just guesswork to perform checks and repairs?	Warning! Trust us: Don't just ask our competitors about guarantees. Get their guarantees in writing.	Warning! Some may offer a miserable 30 days guarantee on parts and labor, but lookout - as soon sa they're out of business, your guarantees go out the window.
